GF39, G-Plan New Models Folder: shows this new range by G-plan was designed to 'fit together effortlessly - no nuts and bolts are needed'. Modular was a range designed to be flexible, with '200 permutations' - table tops reversed from tola to either a choice of black or white, cushions could be added to transform tables into seats. Bookcases, drinks cabinet, drawers and plant troughs all added to Modular's flexibilty. All pieces were made in tola with black lacquer legs tipped with brass.
