Description: B/W film negative showing: Ercol employee using an overhead router to machine and carve a chair part. The part being machined is from the Old Colonial Bergere range. It is possibly the back rail of the Yorkshire armchair, the design of the carving based on a centuries-old motif found on chairs in York Minster.
