G-Plan upholstered headboard (B908) and Chinese white bedside tables (B907). G-Plan October 1956 price list (GA12) notes prices as being £11.80 for the upholstered 4'6" headboard and £9.26 for the bedside table. Advert in the 'Daily Mirror' 8 November 1956 shows these models and notes 'no bedroom in the world today is likely to give its proud owner a bigger thrill...no dark forbidding forbidding furniture in this lovely G-Plan room arrangement'.
