Although this photograph is from the file marked 'New Models 1957' the Librenza units were already listed on the October 1956 price list. At that time it was priced at £44 12s 6d (retail). It was also available in Tola and black. The name ' Librenza' was devised by Doris Gundry (J Walter Thompson - advertising agency) being a combination of library and cadenza.
