Notes:

Settee and armchair 501 were new in 1954 with foam-rubber seat cushions on fabric-covered tension springs. The other items shown were part of the 1953 collection. This photo was also used for newspaper advertising - see Sunday Express 21.02.1954. Date derived from the fact that catalogue includes items made in tola and black, introduced for 1956, but not 'chinese white' introduced in the latter part of that year.
