All the items of furniture were already available on G-Plan's 1953 pricelist but in view of the curtain fabric this is probably a slightly later picture. Curtain fabric is cited as 'Macrohamish' by Robert Stewart for Liberty of London, 1954, in 'Artists' textiles in Great Britain 1945-1970' by Rayner, publ Chamberlain and Stapleton, 2003.
