Description: Photograph of G-Plan cupboard chest on plinth base, in light oak, model no. B821a. Part of the first G-Plan range with two cupboard doors and two drawers, it was also available fitted with a mirror and lights. As B821b the top drawer could be fitted as secretaire or as B821c as a make up drawer. Wholesale price April 1953 from £10 15s 0d. The 'G-Plan Explained' brochure notes that this piece is equally useful in the bedroom or in lounge for storing games, gloves, goloshes, etc.
Text Transcript: On reverse in ink is written: B821A Cupboard Chest. 2' 6" Wide. 1' 6" deep. 2' 9" High. With or without mirror.
