The windsor Stacking chair came in five sizes: Height - (461) 30.5", (462) 28.5", (463) 25.75", (464) 23.25", (465) 21". ref: Ercol Catalogue c mid 1960s HIWLH 2001.34.2 (Wycombe Museum). Ercol catalogue c. late 1950s - early 1960s shows a pair of 'Bogey Wheels' (394) 'Designed as a simple carrier for as many chairs as can be conveniently stacked'. ref: HIWLH 1989.52.3 (Wycombe Museum). This model, with a second horizontal back bar was introduced in 1962. The original Stacking Chair was introduced in 1957. ref: EGP07_04 |
