Vic Wilkins (VBW) has written in ink on the drawing "Being prototyped. VBW" and "Have asked for less severe underframe in keeping with main design theme. We will incorporate our own specification for comfort. VBW." The result of these amendments can be seen in a room setting photograph (GBX01_02) showing the chair and matching sofa. The G-Plan Danish range including this chair was launched in January 1962.
